my mum was a very caring and loving person. she loved her job and helping other people. she also participated in a college course about disabled children. she was great at what she did and always brought a smile to peoples faces. she was always on the go with work and college and done a great job of raising myself and my younger brother. she will be missed byt everyone she knew and never forgotten by loved ones. she will always be in our hearts.

Her Head Stone reads Lesley Ann Fox, August 23, 1964 - April 9, 2006. It's that dash in the middle that has always fascinated me, even as a young adult I would look at it and wonder how a person's life could be summed up in that tiny symbol. That symbol representing an entire life.

Instead He gave His life for me
His precious blood was shed.
He doesn’t hand out fancy gifts
Like we would send to mother
Instead He sends a message clear
To always love each other.
He doesn’t give me teddy bears
That whimper, “Please be mine”
Instead He gave His heart to me
I wear it all the time.
He doesn’t give me roses, pink
For all the world to see
Instead He gave eternal life
That’s good enough for me.
